(1) US Still Wine Consumption per Capita

Expressed in Liters per Capita and reported by state, historic reports from 1994, 2005 and estimates for 2014 and 2025. Current US per capita consumption is estimated at 10.4 liters of still wine per person.

Estimates of 2025 are based on 20-year trends by state and adjusted for expected demographic changes that might adjust wine consumption habits by 2025. Total US consumption from this analysis is expected to be 12.5 liters per capita - for a total of 486 million equivalent cases of still wine.
